My wife and I ordered via DoorDash a large bowl with all the certain ingredients that we wanted and potstickers. When we received it, the bowl was a small bowl with noodles and a bunch of stuff we didn’t order. Tried calling the store before they closed. Nobody answered, and I called several times. DoorDash is saying they won’t refund it for some reason even though we submitted pictures showing that it’s not at all what we ordered. What really gets me is we called the store or the location 10 minutes before they closed and nobody answered the phone and I called it several times. To spend that much money on food and to receive what we did and then nobody answering the phone is absolutely ridiculous. But as you can see in the picture of the food we received compared to the order details of what we actually ordered, they are night and day different.

The food is always super fresh. Even the pineapple - fresh cut! None of the junk from the can other places use. They always accommodate my allergies. Staff is always super friendly. It’s my go to spot every time I visit the area! And a really great value if you know how to stack your bowl

Food used to be really good at this chain but it was very sub-par today. The food did not seem fresh. The chicken was dry. The space is not being maintained either. The tables are extremely sticky even though they are being wiped off. The walls need to be painted another coat. I don’t know if they started painting and just stopped or what. The space is not clean. The fabric above the booth seats where your head would be was filthy. It just felt dark and dirty. The people there working were really great though!

Great service. Good food. Awful atmosphere. I couldn't figure out if it was in the middle of a remodel that's been on pause for months or just in overall disrepair. The physical condition of this restaurant was awful. Torn booths, dirty kitchen equipment in the dining rooms, a really sad looking bar, stuff being stored in plain sight. Ownership needs to invest in a remodel of this place. It was honestly gross.

November 20, 2024 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ We waited at the door for a bit before someone finally noticed us. 🕰️👀 The service was pretty slow… 🐌 but the waiter was super friendly! 😊🍴 Refills took forever, and I had to remind the waiter a couple of times. 🥤⏳ Overall, the food was great, but the pace could use some work. 🍲🍗 Would come back again, hoping for quicker service next time! 🤞✨
